1. Accommodation & Booking

• All room bookings are subject to availability.

• Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking.

• Payment may be required in advance to confirm reservations.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of incorrect information, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM

• Early check-in / Late check-out: Available upon request, subject to availability.

• Payment: Full payment required 7 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation Policy: The full amount will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival

• Security Deposit: A pre-authorisation may be held on your card to cover any damages or incidentals, including kitchen appliance misuse.

3. House Rules

• Guests must behave respectfully and avoid any activities that may damage property or disturb others.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

• Pets are not allowed .

• Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to [X] days before arrival.

  • No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for loss of valuables, accidents, or injuries during your stay.
